More About Neal

Neal Glatt started his career in a humble sales role as the third employee of a small trades company. In just seven years, the company grew from a single pick-up truck to the third largest firm in North America with more than $40 million in revenue.

Leading the sales effort as part of the leadership team, Neal experienced transformational growth from the inside out and discovered the power of focusing on strengths through strong leadership to influence amazing results.

Neal started his own coaching practice in 2017 as a way to realize his passion to help other people also find fulfillment and success in life. He is a Certified Strengths Coach through Gallup and a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Speaker, and Trainer.
